Here, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to learn and improve. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HelpDesk and OneOps Coordinator to support one of our new clients. This role combines regular HelpDesk activities with responsibilities as part of the Coordination Team, dispatching and managing tickets efficiently. You will work closely with our dedicated HelpDesk consultant, who is on-site three days a week, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience. What will your day-to-day be like? You will be involved in: Provide first-line technical support for end-users, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and IT systems. Assist with ticket management as part of the Coordination Team, ensuring proper prioritization and dispatching. Collaborate with the on-site HelpDesk consultant to address in-office technical challenges. Maintain a high standard of customer service, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions. Document and track support issues through the ticketing system. Do you have what we are looking for? Proven experience in a HelpDesk role, with strong troubleshooting skills. Must be fluent in English. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing an outstanding user experience.
