Our client in Aurora is seeking a Help Desk Analyst for a 6 month contract.
This will be for the day shift.
In this role you will:
Deliver exceptional phone support to in a 24/7 setting for all company-supported applications.
Responsibilities include documenting, tracking, and monitoring support requests and incidents, as well as assisting with various peripherals and telecommunications systems.
Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices, mobile devices, network issues, and Microsoft applications.
Qualifications: Minimum typing speed of 20 words per minute.Preferred Certifications: CompTIA A+ certification, MCP certification(s), experience with Active Directory.
