Healthcare Talent Sourcer

The Healthcare Talent Sourcer is responsible for proactively sourcing and engaging qualified health care candidates to fill open staffing contract positions. To succeed in this role, you must be adept at working effectively in an extremely pressured environment and skilled at working within tight deadlines. CORE DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, professional networks and specialty associations. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs. Create, update and manage job postings on the Royster applicant tracking system (ATS) and relevant external sites and job boards. Ensure all job advertisements are accurate, compelling and aligned with Royster branding and values. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment advertising strategies and make recommendations for improvements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical residency and fellowship programs. Coordinate with program directors and career services to share job opportunities and engage with potential candidates. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business administration or a related field. 3+ years of experience recruiting physicians/advanced practice healthcare providers. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and virtual meeting platforms. Experience recruiting for federal contract positions is a plus.
