Healthcare Receptionist (Russian & English Speaking)

This is a remote position.
Schedule:  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-6pm US Eastern Time, includes 1 hr unpaid break Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Schedule patient appointments in the practice's system Collect and enter new patient information and demographics Handle patient billing queries and potentially take payments Provide a positive and helpful experience for all patients Requirements MUST HAVE Good English and Russian communication skills, both written and verbal Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role Comfortable using computer systems and data entry Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_18645_JOB
