- Manage nurse communications, including timesheet processing and pay stub creation
- Handle crucial client documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of agency policies and procedures
- Coordinate with doctors' offices to obtain and manage physician orders
- Utilize QuickBooks for very basic financial transactions and reporting
- Manage email correspondence and maintain efficient communication channels
- Support compliance efforts with healthcare regulations and standards
- Act as a key liaison between nursing staff, management, and external healthcare providers
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Basic understanding of QuickBooks or eagerness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
