At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong. We are searching for the best talent for Health Care Compliance Officer Sr Manager to be in Bogotá, Colombia. Purpose: This position is responsible for leading and driving the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other local requirements serving as a strategic business partner for management and coach towards all covered employees, to assure that the company culture of compliance is a natural element in day to day business. The HCCO will have overall responsibility for the strategic definition and operationalization for the Compliance area and ensuring effective management of the compliance program in JnJ IM Cenca Cluster. Will serve as an internal compliance expert to senior leaders (local board members) and key stakeholders on external programs, exercising judgment to mitigate business risk and shaping according to external and internal evolving needs. The role will be a key interface to other Health Care Compliance Teams (including Regional team, GACS, TPEC, and other HCC sectors and Privacy). You will be responsible for: Building and maintaining an effective compliance program to ensure its business activities comply with HCC/HCBI laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to the promotion and marketing of products and services, interactions with health care professionals and government officials, including, as applicable, U.S. anti-kickback and false claims statutes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws, compliance with corporate integrity agreements, deferred prosecution agreements, or other settlements, as applicable. Engaging with functional leaders, senior leaders, and management boards on strategic definition for Compliance in the Cluster according to requirements and needs. Additionally, providing regular updates to their leadership teams and partnering with key stakeholders to ensure governance and oversight of the compliance program to effectively prevent and/or detect violations of laws, regulations, or company policies. Serving as expert on risks and guidance specific to interaction with government officials, patient advocacy groups, NGOs, and third parties globally. Collaborating with key business leaders to actively support new business models and growth strategies. Being an active member of Leadership teams acting as first line of compliance communication to the business senior leaders, to ensure appropriate review of projects, requests, and documentation. Acting as a consultant and approver, as needed, for business activities involving HCC risks. Qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years business experience, preferably in Compliance. Advanced English. Strong communication and influencing skills with moderate interaction with senior executives. Ability to deal well with ambiguity and demonstrates strong organizational, process, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well between functions and across all levels of the business with effective negotiating skills. Ability to work in teams with a seniority level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
