Headhunting Intern

We are looking for our Headhunting Intern !
We are a startup that seeks to revolutionize recruitment processes and we want all people to share our vision.
As a Headhunting Intern, you will be collaborating with the Headhunting team in talent search strategies, lead generation and quality assurance of our services.
Responsibilities You will carry out the end-to-end recruitment process You will invite candidates to the different selection processes and you will channel them with the corresponding client.
You will have direct communication with clients and candidates.
You will be able to devise and develop creative and innovative solutions.
What makes you a great fit: Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, self-learner person who feels comfortable working goal-oriented.
Intemediate/Advanced English Experience in recruitment (3-6 months) Experience/knowledge in IT recruitment Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Curiosity and creativity.
