¡We are looking for our next Head of Recruitment!
Recruitment in Apiux is a core and strategic area, this is why we need someone resilient, tech-savvy, proactive, goal-oriented, and as we like to call it, a "Yellowner".
You will be leading the team, operations, and strategy.
Your ultimate goals are to ensure recruitment's top performance, add value to our external clients, and use technology as an ally to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the processes.
You will report directly to the CEO and lead operations in Chile, Colombia, Spain, and the US.
Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Consultancy, Technology, Leadership, and Scalability are key to the success of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment team across countries (Chile, Colombia, USA)
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Design and implement talent attraction strategies by defining our employer brand value proposition
- Intermediate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage team's KPIs
- Act as a talent consultant for our external clients
- Design inbound and outbound recruitment strategies
- Supervise the development of internal digital products
- Ensure the quality of the recruitment process and the candidates
- Advocate the use of technology to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in IT/Tech Recruitment
- At least 5 years of experience leading recruitment teams
- B2+ English level is a MUST!
- Experience working in the US market
- Experience in tech consultancies is a plus!
