Scope of the Role The Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in steering our client's operational strategies and ensuring the seamless execution of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations, ensuring that every task is delivered on time and that all contracts are set and signed. Your ability to coordinate with your team, provide solutions, and maintain a high standard of organization will be crucial to our success. This role requires a self-starter who can figure out things independently and lead by example in a fast-paced startup environment.???????Duties and responsibilities: Coordinate with the entire team (Accounting, Legal, HR, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Oversee the whole operation, ensuring all tasks and projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards. Ensure all contracts are set and signed, maintaining meticulous records and compliance. Monitor and ensure that all aspects of the operation are functioning smoothly and efficiently. Provide solutions to operational challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role. Experience leading operations in the Gaming industry (preferred), Tech, Cryptocurrency and entertainment are also welcome Proven experience working with startups, demonstrating the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative. Highly organized and a self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy in all tasks. Ability to provide practical and innovative solutions to operational issues. Proficiency in Google Suite (required); experience with Notion and Discord (preferred).
