Are you a visionary leader who can champion our brand and drive growth? We're seeking a Head of Growth who can lead marketing, own sales, and represent our agency as its top evangelist.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting and independently building a sales pipeline.
- Drive and execute growth marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, content marketing, webinars, and paid ads.
- Take ownership of both marketing and sales, handling discovery calls and consolidating both functions into one seamless role.
- Serve as the face of the brand—host webinars, participate in podcasts, and attend key industry events to evangelize our services and expertise.
- Build and nurture relationships with small e-commerce and FBA brands, driving client success and scaling growth.
- Lead sales efforts by managing client acquisition and strengthening ongoing relationships.
- Strategically represent the agency at conferences and networking events to drive brand awareness and build partnerships.
- Analyze marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to continually optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, take-charge attitude.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
- 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a track record of driving results and scaling businesses.
- 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years working with service agencies.
- 1+ year of experience working in e-commerce, particularly with small brands or FBA sellers.
- Expert knowledge of Amazon and its impact on e-commerce growth strategies.
- Confident communicator and public speaker, with experience hosting webinars, speaking at events, or appearing on podcasts.
- Strong ability to manage client relationships,
deliver results across multiple accounts, and lead from the front.
- Proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership and drive projects from start to finish.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Ability to juggle multiple growth initiatives and ensure timely, successful outcomes.
- Creative problem-solver who can develop innovative strategies for business growth.
