Job Description Job Main Contributions Be a key strategic partner in driving financial performance and supporting the overall business objectives. Support the local CODIR with business analysis (Business Partnership). Manage the Local Accountancy, Tax & Finance analysis that remains in their country (not supported by SSC). Validate and control the process run by SSC of LATAM. Participate, support, and prepare local strategy and follow up. Oversee financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Key Accountabilities Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, investment strategies, and financing decisions, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and banking agreements. Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure financial plans support business initiatives. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and communicate financial performance. Establish metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of financial strategies and initiatives. Control and analyze monthly performance (comparison versus Budgets and previous years). Support GM, Commercial staff with analysis required: prices, volumes, cogs, reports, account receivables, overdue, etc. Act as a Business Partner, trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations. Collaborate with business leaders to align financial goals with overall organizational strategy. Collaborate with accounting share service to monitor the completeness of the financial books. Assist with External audit. Support SSC in Accounting, finance, and local tax. Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts, considering market trends and internal factors. Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities. Be a key user in the country for regional and/or corporate transversal projects. Be part of the community in its country and region with tax or city hall authorities and financial markets (banks). Experience Minimum of 5 years in controlling or finance area. Deep understanding of Financials in accounting departments of companies. Business knowledge of Companies where he/she has worked. Knowledge Knowledge of IFRS accounting announcements is referential. Experience in commercial control appreciated. Good English and Spanish communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF). Strong and clear communication skills, both listening and writing, especially for presentations. Project Management Skills.
