Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the English department, including curriculum planning, assessment, and resource allocation.
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that align with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
Mentor and support English teachers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic success.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as literary clubs, debates, and writing competitions.
Collaborate with other departments to promote interdisciplinary learning and a cohesive educational experience.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
