As the Head of Conversion Copy and Optimization, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for producing compelling, conversion-focused content for landing pages, websites, and ad campaigns. With your expertise in large-scale content production, team leadership, and CRO principles, you'll shape the voice and strategy behind content that drives measurable results for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the charge in creating content that empowers small businesses to grow and succeed.
About the Role:
In this leadership role, you'll oversee the production of high-converting copy at scale while ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices and client goals. You'll lead and mentor a team of Copywriters and SEO Specialists, establish streamlined workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver content that engages, converts, and supports business objectives. Your focus will be on driving efficiency and quality while fostering creativity and growth within your team.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will:
- Lead and manage a team of Copywriters and SEO Specialists producing SEO-rich, conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, and ad campaigns.
- Develop and implement scalable workflows to manage high-volume content production efficiently without compromising quality.
- Ensure all content aligns with CRO best practices, optimizing for user engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and campaign managers to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and mediums.
- Analyze performance data and feedback to refine content strategies and deliver measurable ROI for clients.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to your team, providing training, feedback, and support to elevate the quality of work and foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align content initiatives with broader business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CRO, digital marketing, and SEO to keep content strategies innovative and effective.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale content production teams, with a focus on lead-converting copy for websites, landing pages, and digital ad campaigns.
- Strong expertise in CRO principles and best practices, including A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing high-converting copy across platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and how it integrates with CRO to drive results.
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or other CRO platforms,
to track performance and inform strategy.
- A proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-production environments.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments to achieve shared goals.
