This is the place for you. About the role: We are looking for an experienced 'Head of Brand' to drive brand growth for Virgin Mobile across the LATAM region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a cohesive brand strategy across all communication channels. This role involves establishing brand positioning, expanding the target audience, creating consumer value, and increasing brand awareness and market penetration. You will manage new digital product launches, holistic marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives. What You Will Do: Brand Strategy Development: Build brand strategies across LATAM region to drive brand awareness and affinity through innovative marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, product, and data teams, to ensure a coherent and consistent brand strategy. Campaign Implementation: Develop and implement brand campaigns using 360-degree marketing and communication tactics, with a strong focus on top-of-the-funnel activities, creativity, storytelling, and customer acquisition. Identify and track key performance metrics, adjust marketing strategies as necessary, and manage budgets to achieve marketing objectives. Brand Materials Development: Lead the development and execution of brand materials across offline and online channels, including app and website, by liaising with internal designers, copywriters, and creative agencies. Consumer Insights: Create consumer insights and stay updated with market trends to inform strategies. Track competitor activity and ensure the brand strategy is based on a deep understanding of market trends and consumer needs. Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and markets. What You Will Need: Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or International Business Management. A Master's/MBA is preferred. Professional Experience: 9+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on brand management (B2C). Cross-functional knowledge and direct experience in various business aspects, including product and technology development. Experience in tech apps, FMCG, and international advertising agencies. Must have both international and regional experience. Technical Skills: Extensive experience in branding, campaign management, budget management, and media channel mix. Strong understanding of brand foundational tools, consumer insight identification, segmentation, and target development. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Personal Attributes: Champion an innovative mindset that prioritizes consumer needs and creates human-centered, digitally-driven experiences. Lead with insights, winning concepts, messages, and excellent execution. Attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp complex situations. Passionate about driving positive change and known for creativity in a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. Experience in managing external agencies and multiple stakeholders. Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
