A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. A Head of Art is a creative professional responsible for directing and guiding the visual aspects of different projects. They work on various aspects of advertising, is a art curator of visual identity, content, social media and multimedia design, to ensure that campaigns and digital projects are visually compelling and fit the brand aesthetic.
Creates concepts and visual elements that have a positive impact on consumers. You will be involved in all forms of brand communication, from traditional to digital advertising, giving the go-ahead to all communication inputs for our brands.
The Head of Art has a great mix of concepting skills, great graphics and verbal communication skills based on understanding and adapting to the culture. Anticipate, critique change and help change the culture.
Technical knowledge, experience and familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere or Cinema 4D and other tools of the trade. A good understanding of photography, typography and print is required, and a special dedication to brand activation ideas is a plus.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Work with a ECD supervision and as part of a team
?? Starts with a good understanding of the brief and then conceptualize, generate ideas and visual concepts.
Present ideas internally as well as to clients
Ensures a high standard of visual execution across all media
Has the resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality ideas and executions to tight deadlines.
Ability to own a project from briefing to presentation.
??? Proactivity is coming up with new ideas when they identify an opportunity.
Ability to work with and nurture junior teams skills, check their work and give feedback when necessary.

HOW WILL WE KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE
Eight or more years of experience
? Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator
Premier Pro, After Effects or other video tool is a plus
Experience in developing ideas and layouts, from idea to implementation
Deep understanding of advertising, design and brand activation disciplines
A good awareness of digital and evolving online, mobile and social platforms
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across multiple disciplines
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate ideas, solutions and visual language to team members, stakeholders and clients
English skills (C1 level)
