Description

The Role

Play a key part in driving new business acquisition with WTW Retail, Fac and London.

Assist with renewing the existing aviation accounts of WTW Colombia.

Work with WTW Colombia and WTW London to strategise the expansion of the aviation portfolio.

Develop relationships with local cedants to conduct relevant Facultative duties at the highest level.

Support WTW Colombia with any day-to-day aviation insurance requirements of WTW Colombia.

Qualifications

The Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of experience doing Aviation placement in Colombia / Regional.

Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals .

Strong leadership skills to help and lead the team to achieve the commercial objectives in the various Aviation sectors.
