As the Regional Head, you will support Management and strategic growth of GSC service offering and implementation of standard services for all GSC Business Partners for the Americas region.

This role reports into Global Head of Business Partner Management.

Differentiator: Design, manage and monitor successfully complex projects. Set up & manage strategic product portfolio, add growth driving service products continuously. Anticipate and identify trends and derive respective business/ service product solutions. Evaluate, prioritize new business opportunities and execute respective business plans. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for GSC growth and business development including offering of new services and solutions for all GSC Business Partners in the region in line with their strategic agenda. Drive standardized GSC service offering to establish GSC as the yellow backbone for DGF and ensure clear expectation setting. Increase business partner satisfaction for GSC regional Business Partners measured via quarterly NPS. Ensure execution of business review meetings with Business Partners on a regular basis and preparing for and hosting quarterly ExCom calls. Support Business Partners to develop value adding support from GSC and support their strategic agenda including participation in strategic discussions with the BP's. Be the main GSC contact for all regional Business Partners along the entire lifecycle. Work closely with the GSC center teams and functional teams and facilitate feedback and solutions between the teams and BP's during transitions/service escalations. Ensure ad-hoc requests are considered and prioritized to support BPs. Responsible to check accurate billing and invoicing to BPs. SLA creation and maintenance. Support GSC / BP related projects as needed in line with the GSC priorities. Stakeholder Management: Maintain GSC interface to all the regional Business Partners. Closely align with GSC delivery to develop and execute global standardized offering. Communication of clear goals and agenda within GSC and towards the BPs. Ensure effective team management and satisfaction. Management Responsibility: Individual contributor who may manage two or fewer employees. Works in a matrix environment and is responsible for influencing and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Required Skills/Abilities: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably with offshoring, shipping, and logistics industry. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple and senior stakeholders in an international and virtual environment. Proficiency in AFR (Air Freight), OFR (Ocean Freight), CDZ (Customs Documentation and Compliance), and FIN (Financial) activities in Global Forwarding is highly advantageous. Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, and loyalty in all professional dealings. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities. Capability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines. Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands effectively. Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and challenges. Natural ability to build relationships with integrity, reliability, and maturity. Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for the role. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or Project Management, is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
