Guest Experience Manager, Marbella OR UK Based - I am working with a high-end, specialist agent to find them a Guest Experience Manager to join the team to ensure their guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay in one of their handpicked private villas or haciendas. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in delivering impeccable customer service and managing some of the most beautiful resorts. Paying up to £30,000. Responsibilities Ideally you will be based in Spain; however, UK is an option if you have extensive knowledge of Spain. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a good working knowledge of the Costa del Sol, Marbella, and surrounding areas. You will be the main point of contact locally for our guests, working closely with villa staff and Head Office. Ensure the client's holiday lives up to their expectations. Deal with any issues efficiently, ensuring that guests feel reassured and listened to. The ability to stay calm in a crisis and solve any problems quickly and efficiently. Conduct ad-hoc visits to villas to check brochure accuracy, service levels, general maintenance, and cleanliness. Be on hand throughout a client's stay to offer assistance. Use your local knowledge to assist them in making reservations for restaurants and beach clubs. Organise pre-arrival arrangements for clients in liaison with local concierge suppliers and villas. Skills Required Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage own time efficiently. Excellent attention to detail. Own car essential, mileage paid. Great communicator with strong written and spoken English. Experience working with HNW clients, always offering total discretion. Problem solver. Experienced CRM and Gmail user, competent with Microsoft Word and Excel. Spanish language skills are a bonus. Using social media to keep your finger on the pulse of the Islands activities. Experience in travel and hospitality, or strong customer service background handling complaints. The Small Print and the Fun Stuff: If you are based in Spain, you will need to be registered self-employed in Spain, or have the right to work & address in the UK. 28 days annual leave, company lifestyle package, and an annual bonus scheme. Clean driving license and own vehicle. Travel to Spain required up to 7 days at a time, expenses covered. Pay will be £30k per year plus.
