We (Torre) are helping Fénix Beach Cartagena find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Guest Experience.

Compensation:
COP1,6M/month.
+ Commissions (~COP500K/month)

Location:
Fenix Beach, Cartagena Province, Bolivar, Colombia.

What makes you a strong candidate:
? You have +1 year of experience in customer service and guest experience.
? You are proficient in hospitality.
? Spanish – Native or fully fluent.
? English – Conversational.

Responsibilities and more:
In this role you will be responsible for guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, memorable, and exceeds expectations. The role involves managing all aspects of the guest experience from arrival to departure and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

Additional non-salary bonus benefit: 500.000 COP.
