We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our lead generation efforts through paid channels, focusing on Paid Search and LinkedIn Ads. In this role, you'll drive growth through data-driven experiments and technical implementation, collaborating with our Growth Team. What You Will Do: - Encourage a spirit of curiosity and innovation to explore new approaches and techniques within our paid search campaigns. - Optimize existing campaigns and keywords with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough analysis and measurement for continuous improvement. - Infuse creativity into our paid search, paid social, and display ad strategies, seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and enhance campaign performance. - Develop internal tools to streamline the growth process. - Analyze data and propose feature improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies. - Stay updated with the latest growth methodologies and industry trends. Here's what we are looking for: - 3+ years of experience in Search Engine Ads (Google). - 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn Ads. - Experience with Google Analytics. - Professional or academic experience in Growth Marketing. - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. - Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik. - Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a detailed understanding of business KPIs. - Knowledge in SQL, HTML, and Statistics (desirable). - 1+ years of experience in Bing Search Engine Ads (desirable). - Experience studying, living, or working for US companies. - Advanced level of English How we make your work (and your life) easier: 100% remote work (from anywhere).
