Growth Manager

Job Description: Warc Africa is looking for a Growth Manager to develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies, focusing on smallholder farmers in West Africa, particularly in Ghana. The primary objective will be to promote our first-mile solutions for regenerative agriculture, including inputs, training, tools, and marketplace services. Responsibilities: Design and implement targeted acquisition strategies for Warc Africa's main customer base: smallholder farmers. Create tailored outreach and service delivery plans for farmers, promoting Warc Africa's first-mile solutions (inputs, training, tools for regenerative agriculture adoption, and marketplace services). Collaborate closely with senior management to develop growth plans that align with Warc Africa's country expansion targets in Ghana, Uganda, and beyond. Work on integrating strategies that scale customer acquisition in decentralized, low-resource settings. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with scaling customer acquisition in rural and urban low-resource contexts. Proven success in working with dual customer bases in rural and urban environments.
