These values include: Respect Teamwork Ownership Growth Mindset About the role The Private Equity desk is looking for individuals to focus efforts on the mission of unlocking new revenue from some of the world's leading private equity firms that are yet to be conquered. This is a role that will challenge and develop one's commercial acumen, negotiation, leadership, and lead development skills. Think of names such as AEA Investors, TA Associates, Advent International, Marlin Equity, GIC, TPG, Francisco Partners, Permira, Ares Management, and more. Your mission will be to transform them from sleeping giants to money-making machines, helping get the Americas Private Equity desk to the next level. The role will be reporting to George Chatzimanolis, Director, Growth & Innovation. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of Dialectica's services portfolio. Lead, manage and mentor junior team members and support the team's growth by providing feedback and supporting skills enhancement and talent development. Research accounts and investors' backgrounds and work with the Origin & Insights teams to create content that our prospect users will not be able to ignore. Help the team turn yourself into Business Development wizards based on your industry savviness. Help them put together compelling emails, tailor eye-catching LinkedIn messages & master their cold-calling elevator pitch to catch investors' attention. Drive new client acquisition and business origination through individual and team efforts on targeting and identifying key accounts & key stakeholders. Deliver meetings with Prospect Users, introducing them to our offering and convincing them to test our services. Engage with targeted accounts to deliver key knowledge on their needs and how Dialectica's value proposition can help. Manage complex B2B BD cadences, carrying the prospects from discovery meetings to trials and final close. Nurture leads across long cadences to be able to unlock further opportunities. Negotiate software-styled multi-year, upfront service agreements. Once demand is steady, recurring & cannot be solely handled by yourself, pass the account to a team, re-load, and repeat! Requirements Undergraduate degree or higher in business management, economics or equivalent. 5+ years experience in Consulting, Strategy, Investment Banking, Private Equity and/or complex B2B sales related markets. Demonstrable experience in client relationship management and acquisition. Excellent interpersonal negotiation and strong communication skills with proven experience in communicating effectively. Proven track record in team leadership of managing teams of 5+ junior BDRs. Be a results-driven team contributor who can effectively bring new deals and help the team leverage their prospecting skills while maintaining a "can-do" attitude. Create and implement account strategies to drive growth and enhance service delivery for Private Equity clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and projects, managing timelines, resources, and clients' expectations. Proficient in English.
