Visual Storytelling : Highlight community impact through compelling visuals. Required Skills and Experience 3+ years in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and campaign work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools (Figma, Sketch). Expertise in digital design for emails, social media, websites, and campaigns. Basic video editing skills and motion graphics experience. Social media content creation for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience in responsive design and web principles. Ability to collaborate across teams and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Strong project management and organizational skills. Communication skills to present design concepts effectively. User-centered approach with data-driven design insights.
