The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic editing, preparing files for production, and creating digital mock-ups to support our design process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who enjoys working with digital assets and file preparation to ensure high-quality production outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Creation & Editing: Develop and edit high-quality visuals using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Enhance and modify images to meet project specifications. Digital Mock-Ups: Create digital mock-ups and previews for approval, ensuring accurate visual representation of the final product before production. File Preparation & Separation: Prepare design files for printing and production, with careful attention to color separation and file accuracy to ensure consistency across media. Process Management: Upload and manage digital mock-ups and finalized files in the work order system, ensuring that all assets are correctly labeled, organized, and accessible to production teams. Quality Assurance: Conduct final checks on all design files, ensuring compliance with brand standards and production requirements. Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with production and project managers to streamline the design-to-production process, adjusting files and mock-ups as necessary. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong skills in photo editing, digital manipulation, and design adjustments. Familiarity with file prep and color separation processes for production purposes. Proficiency in creating digital mock-ups and uploading assets to work order systems. Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Good organizational skills, ensuring proper file management and work order processing. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with other Adobe tools, such as InDesign, After Effects, or Acrobat, is a plus. Understanding of print production processes, including color matching and print standards.
