While our contractor talent network is expansive, our internal team is a tight-knit group supporting each other, our network, and our clients. It is our job to ensure a consistently delightful and impactful experience with Onda. Like many roles at Onda, this role is flexible in nature. First and foremost, we are looking for a part-time graphic designer to support Onda's internal project needs—think emails, sales decks, web pages, proposals, etc. You will be expected to work within our brand standards to help communicate our messages clearly and beautifully. Projects may or may not start with existing templates and examples to work from, so you should be comfortable doing both production work as well as from-scratch graphic design to effectively accomplish our goals. Secondly, you may have opportunities to assist clients on work related to their brands and goals. These projects would typically include digital marketing assets, ie. emails, social posts, or digital ads. We are looking for a mid-level designer who is able to work quickly and confidently in the Adobe suite, Figma, and the G-suite (Google slides, docs, etc). They will likely have 3-7 years of professional design experience, but their portfolio will be the most important qualifier. They should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and be practiced at receiving and appropriately applying feedback from non-designers. We are looking for portfolios that represent clean design and modern aesthetics, with a breadth of real-world work. Ideal portfolios will include relevant marketing work samples beyond branding work (though we are also interested in seeing whatever work best represents your skill and style!). Responsibilities Design and refine marketing/sales assets and templates Ensure consistency with logos, color schemes, typography, and visual guidelines across all touchpoints Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and advertisements Collaborate with the Onda team to understand their vision and translate it into effective visual designs that support brand positioning and business goals Present designs to internal teams and incorporate feedback to refine and improve designs Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (applications without portfolios will not be considered) Background in B2B sales and marketing Proficiency designing in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, G-suite, and other relevant tools Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus Additional Info: Fully remote 1099 contractor position Flexible hours but availability for team communication during business hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
