Production Designers at the company design marketingmaterials for our clients. Production Designers will produce ad creative acrossdifferent media and specs that matches the approved and set advertisingcampaign creative. The main skill for this role is to translate approvedconcepts to different ad sizes and ad media quickly and correctly. Correctly means made to spec, on time, on brand, and matchesthe campaign. In addition to producing campaign creative to the campaignguides and ad specifications this role may be called on to problem solve dailydesign challenges that may arise. JOB SCOPE Art Directors will create the campaigns and create campaignguides for the production designers to follow. Project Managers will create "jobs" in our projectmanagement system that will include ad specs, due dates, and other specificdirection. Project Managers will send the Production Designers dailyemails with TO DO lists. The Production Designers will follow the guidelines providedand create the required designs to spec, on time, on brand, and on campaign. The Production Designers will post their work in the "job"discussion and at that time the finished designs will be proofread andreviewed. If edits are required, they will be posted in the job discussion andthe Production Designer should make the edits and post new versions of the addesign. This continues until the ad is APPROVED. Then the Production Designerwill post FINAL FILES if necessary. At this point the "job" is done. Thisprocess can take a day or longer depending on the client, the campaign, and theprocess. But in general it should be fairly quick. Requirements Production Designers should have command of the Adobe Suite.Especially: PHOTOSHOP INDESIGN ILLUSTRATOR Knowledge in HTML, DreamWeaver, and animation is a plus, butnot required and training can be available. Comfortable using Google Drive. In addition Production Designers will need to be trained onour Project Management system and Track the time they spend on each "JOB". Wewill train them on these two points. Production Designers should be able to follow style guidesand campaign guides in English. They should be able to communicate about thework with other team members and follow edits and criticism with extremeattention to detail. Production Designers should love design and be creative!
