Graphic Designer October 2024 Role: We're excited to offer an opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering graphic designs with an expertise in ad creative design and social content specifically: static ads, GIFs, infographics and carousels. Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality, visually engaging graphic designs for a variety of mediums including static ads, GIFs, infographics, and carousels. Asset optimization for a variety of platforms such as: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Amazon, X, Pinterest, web, print and more. Collaborate with the project supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and objectives. Concept Development: Generate design concepts and ideas that align with the brand's voice and objectives. Transform ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with the target audience. Design with the intention to drive conversions. Production and Execution: Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices. Work closely with the Konstant team to execute and implement designs within the Konstant Kreative app and other project management tools. Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all designs and campaigns. Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity. Feedback and Revisions: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Results: Production Efficiency: Complete 4-10 design requests per day. Complete design requests within 1-3 days. Address revision requests within 24 hours. Complete requests with 2 revisions or less to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Quality and Consistency: Produce high-quality graphic designs that enhance the brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms. Contribute to ad creative design for impactful advertising campaigns. Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all visual materials. Achieve consistent client satisfaction through effective communication, attention to detail, and high-quality designs. Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in ad creative design and social content. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and social media.
