Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Global Procurement Enablement Team Lead This role will be part of the Global Procurement Enablement (GPE) team. The GPE team provides expertise and advisory on different subjects to our Global Procurement Organization. Those areas include Contracting, e-Sourcing, Content management and other processes and tools. This position reports into the Senior Sourcing Manager and is based in Bogota, Columbia, reporting to Global Procurement Enablement Senior Manager. What You Will Do We are looking for self-driven experienced leader in Supply Chain with a proven track record of people leadership, cross-border collaboration, project management, processes implementation and improvement, able to work in fast-growing, agile environment, taking ownership and leadership in different workstreams and collaborate with teams across the world. As Global Procurement Enablement Teamlead, you will build and lead a team of experts and advisors that support Global Procurement teams and leaders by providing education and support on respective process areas, such as e-Sourcing, Contracting, Tools, Content management. Team will govern e-Sourcing and CLM tools and relevant processes, support configuring Procurement systems and work on continuous process enhancement. Team is located in 2 Procurement hubs in Prague and Bogota, you will be responsible for Bogota located members. In this role you will partner with Procurement Transformation team in implementing our new digital strategy, support transition from current tools and workflows to our new systems landscape and best-in-class processes towards a leaner and efficient Procurement. You will support better and faster functional decision making. You will work with different teams and stakeholders at executive level, influence Procurement strategies and practices, enhance end-user experience on procurement processes, increase overall functional productivity through adoption of new technologies. As part of our new, multi-national and diverse Procurement team you will enjoy a great working atmosphere in modern offices. Key Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing team of SMEs in the areas of e-Sourcing, Procurement Contracting, Systems, Data Analytics and others to support Procurement teams and Procurement leaders. Ensure high team's engagement, Provide coaching, mentoring and development opportunities, work on member's career growth. Build and maintain robust relationship with Procurement and key stakeholder's leadership team, understand their expectations towards Global Procurement Enablement team and secure high net promoter score. Ensure productive work of the team, efficient collaboration with Legal, Transformation, DTO, Tech & Data and other teams. Drive adoption of new Procurement process and systems. Support streamlining of Procurement processes, identify changes required to reach the digital end state in an accelerated way. Drive continuous improvement and support the agreed changes. Establish proper communications channels regarding global procurement processes, sourcing guidelines, systems workflows changes. Collaborate with Procurement colleagues, Kenvue Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other Kenvue functions as needed. Ensure that buying activities are aligned with industry standards and meet relevant legal or regulatory requirements. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of working experience in Procurement and Supply Chain 2+ years of people management experience, fostering collaboration, innovation and high performance, understanding of cultural nuances. Work experience in matrix organizations at global level. Knowledge of End-to-End Procurement processes Understanding of Procurement tools and systems Proven experience in leading change initiatives, with the track record of successfully implemented process improvement and tools roll-out in large organizations. Self-driven, results oriented leader able to work in still forming and fast-growing start-up environment. Early adopter, passion to implement new ways of work Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills. Innovative mindset with passion for staying updated with latest industry trends and technologies. Problem solving and effective decision making skills.
