The GPE expert - contracting role will shape and improve global contract administration support for the Kenvue source-to-contract process, focusing on the overall contracting lifecycle management ("CLM") process, including managing Kenvue's newly deployed CLM technology platform. This role will be responsible for managing the CLM platform, ensuring high quality data is available in the system, for identifying platform process improvements, and will also be responsible for driving contract excellence through process leadership (including constant review and improvement of the contract creation processes, template and clause library management, signature process, reporting and analytics), enabling the Kenvue Procurement team to leverage its contract portfolio to maximum effect. A core aspect of this role is building a strong partnership with our legal team. Your ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals is essential for ensuring all contracts are watertight and protect the company's interests. Together, you will navigate complex legal and commercial issues, ensuring every agreement delivers value and minimizes risk. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain standardized contract templates that protect the company's interests. Play a leadership role in the final configuration, first implementation and launch, of Kenvue's new CLM platform, including ensuring appropriate technology deployment to support the contracting process. Ensure optimal day-to-day operation of the Kenvue CLM platform through providing critical technology support to Procurement users (and other enabling functions), including training and administrative support, and ongoing maintenance of the technology solution. Focus on the further global rollout and ongoing improvement of the CLM technology platform by identifying opportunities/gaps, translating business needs into technology or process requirements, and working with Kenvue's Technology & Data team on identifying and implementing appropriate solutions. Partner with the legal team to review and analyze contracts, identifying potential risks and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. Ensure, including through support to Procurement users, that Kenvue's compliance and other policy and process requirements, including in relation to contract governance and signature, are followed through the CLM platform and contracting process. Collaborate closely with the global Procurement Excellence and Legal & Compliance teams, as well as other stakeholders, to deploy, operate and continuously improve the Procurement contracting process and the Kenvue CLM platform. Continuously identify, in collaboration with the Procurement Excellence and Legal & Compliance, opportunities for improvements to the contract creation and drafting process, including development, maintenance and improvement of appropriate template and clause libraries, based on Kenvue approved templates. With global Procurement Excellence and Legal & Compliance, influence and support continuous improvement with subject matter expert functions across Kenvue, such as Privacy, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Insurance & Risk, and similar functions, enabling Kenvue to maintain a world class contracting process. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: 5+ years of working experience within procurement and/or contracting functions/teams. Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) tools like ICD, Icertis, Ariba or relevant systems experience. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including project management experience. Ability to provide training, consultation and process support to business partners on CLM. Leadership, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills are required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information in English. Demonstrate a sound understanding of the contract preparation, review and negotiation process. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree is required, in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business related course. Experience in Procurement in the consumer goods industry.
