Pavago is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate would be an A-player when it comes to running campaigns and driving results. It's someone who can drive our digital marketing efforts and help us reach more customers through effective online advertising. Responsibilities: Campaign Setup: Design, launch, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns tailored specifically for home services. This includes selecting appropriate campaign types, setting objectives, and configuring ad groups for optimal targeting and reach. Keyword Research: Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases relevant to our home services. Use tools like Google Keyword Planner to find terms that will drive the most qualified traffic. Ad Creation: Develop compelling and creative ad copy, visuals, and extensions that capture attention and drive user engagement and conversions. Ensure ads are aligned with campaign goals and target audience needs. Bid Management: Implement and continuously refine effective bidding strategies to maximize return on investment. Adjust bids based on performance data, competitive analysis, and budget constraints. Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-click. Make data-driven adjustments to improve ad relevance, landing page quality, and overall campaign effectiveness to meet and exceed KPIs. Required Experience & Skills: Industry Background: Demonstrated experience in digital marketing within industries such as e-commerce, technology, or digital agencies, showcasing a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements related to Google Ads, landing page optimization, funnel design, and website maintenance. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, landing page builders, and Cail Rail. Essential Abilities: Proven ability to strategize and execute digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering results with precision and efficiency. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
