Wood is currently recruiting for a Global Talent Sourcer to join our team in Bogota, Colombia, and will support a global team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer, your primary responsibility is to identify and engage potential candidates who possess the desired qualifications for specific roles. By proactively searching for qualified individuals, you will help build talent pipelines for our current and future hiring needs. The Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and sourcing top talent through LinkedIn and other candidate databases. This role involves conducting detailed research, building candidate pipelines, and supporting the recruitment team to ensure we attract and engage the best candidates. Responsibilities: Create proactive candidate pipelines within the ATS for specific functions/disciplines. Conduct CV searches on various job boards and professional networking sites to source candidates for a variety of roles, at all levels. Create competitor mapping org charts based on sourcing parameters provided by senior recruiter or executive recruiter. Establish candidate communication campaigns through various social media engagements to keep identified candidates connected with Wood's current events and opportunities. Track employment trends and candidate behavior for market intelligence discussion. Take part in special projects in an effort to further develop a best-in-class recruiting function. Support a global team. Minimum Requirements: Established experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or similar field preferred but not required. 1-4 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required. Strong research and candidate generation skills. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools. Knowledgeable on how to source candidates well beyond the confines of LinkedIn and share that strategy with the Talent Acquisition team.
