Wood is currently recruiting for a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a Global Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will provide critical recruiting support to the Talent Acquisition function (global team) by managing the expectations and requirements of candidates, hiring managers and recruiters by ensuring that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently at all times and updating as appropriate. Responsibilities: Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication with all applicable team members related to priority openings, future staffing initiatives and status of all applicants in process Create and maintain job postings on internal and external sites and portals ensuring compliance with Wood's global job advert and employer brand, including social media posts. Initial review of resumes for suitability of skills and experience in relation to vacancy requirements. Pre-screen candidates and present to Recruiters to progress with Hiring Managers Post jobs according to local government requirement; for example, US jobs posted to diversity locations to ensure EEO compliance Assist recruiting team members with scheduling, logistics and candidate communication Take the lead on recruitment process for early careers positions as assigned Support and assist Recruiters by following up with scheduled candidates to ensure onboarding appointments are confirmed and met. Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, to ensure a robust and thorough audit trail Ensures consistent alignment to company values and behaviours Qualifications 1-5 years of previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator preferred Experience within the Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) preferred Strong attention to detail; proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once Continuous Learner Ability to work successfully and professionally with all levels of employees and management Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
