What you'll do: Position title: Global Sales Operations Business Enablement – Early Career Talent Location: Bogota, Colombia Duration: Temporary role up to 2 years In this role, you'll: Process customer requests for selling deals and completing the required inputs (Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations, Order Forms). Comply with operational procedures for sales, delivery, financial, and legal requirements. Archiving and maintaining all files and records. Provide active quarter-end and year-end close deal support to the sales community to ensure timely and accurate completion of work deliverables. Legal Contract Validation: Collaborate with the Industry AEs, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition teams during the contract drafting and negotiation process. What you bring: Education: Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor's or Associate's degree. Preferably not exceeding 2 years from graduation. Preferably in the field of Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related. Requirements and Experience: Preferably not exceeding 2 years of professional experience. Background in sales, quote-to-cash process & deal execution. Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve. Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and effective communication skills (both oral and written). Experience with Smartsheet, advanced Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), DocuSign, CPQ/CRM tool, and experience with SAP systems is a plus. Flexibility to work virtually or in the local office (as needed and available). Flexibility to work varied business hours to ensure full Field Business Support coverage, especially at quarter and year-end. Advanced English needed – additional languages beneficial depending on the supporting region/MUs.
