What you will do

The Global Programs Leader - Benefits Solutions is responsible for managing the daily activities of the Total Rewards department, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and government requirements, and collaborating with other HR functional areas to meet the needs of business units and employee groups. You will also use analytics tools to inform talent and HR strategies in support of business goals:

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the development and implementation of global benefits solutions programs in alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative benefits solutions that meet the needs of diverse employee populations.

· Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leadership on benefits trends, best practices, and emerging issues.

· Partner with other benefits professionals to ensure the successful delivery of benefits programs and services.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality benefits solutions.

· Continuously evaluate and improve delivery of benefits programs and services to ensure we meet the evolving needs of employees.

· Ensure compliance with established guidelines, processes, and procedures and government requirements

· Support other tasks and projects as assigned

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

· A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required


· 5 years of relevant experience working in a Compensation, Benefits and/or HR/Business Operations capacity with strong analytical focus is preferred.

· With a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional teaming and collaboration skills.

· Ability to think strategically and provide thought leadership to senior leadership.

· Strong project management skills with experience in supporting the execution of large-scale projects

· Excellent research and quantitative business skills are required.

Desired Qualifications

· Experience with Microsoft Office suite of software products, Workday, case management tools (Service Now), database and HRIS systems and reporting tools is preferred.

· Proven experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of benefits trends, best practices, and emerging issues.
