Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Global Procurement Enablement Expert - Content Management. This role will be part of the global sourcing operations group in the procurement pillar, based in Skillman, US or Bogota, reporting directly to the Global Procurement Sourcing Operations Director.

What You Will Do? As the Global Procurement Content Advisor, you will report to and support the Global Sourcing Operations team in shaping, optimizing, and implementing a streamlined and efficient buying channel process within eMarketplace. You will support various continuous improvement initiatives via culminated business insights and voice-of-customer to transform and optimize our three E's: efficiency, effectiveness, and experience.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain user guides, training materials, and other content related to procurement policies, procedures, and systems. Develop and implement strategies to standardize and rationalize procurement content across various platforms and systems. Analyze and identify opportunities for improvement within the sourcing operations model. Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement and other departments to develop and implement updates to the model. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all buying channels used by the organization. Manage and maintain the procurement knowledge base, keeping it up-to-date and accessible. Develop and deliver region and/or category-specific content enablement strategy and framework training to support buying channel utilization. Provide global external Source-to-Settle content enablement by ensuring a robust process. Work with key partners to identify business requirements to drive content management system changes that support best practices and best-in-class customer experience. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through performance evaluations, tool reviews, usability studies, and other trends. Monitor operational performance of efficient buying channel activation and ensure it is provided to business content owners for accountability. Develop and maintain content related to procurement processes, policies, help cards, and best practices documentation. Deliver Supplier enablement processes including Vendor Registration to Procurement tools, Catalog Management, Contract Content Enablement, and Implement enablement best practices specific to procurement operations strategy. Identify synergies and drive complex content enablement projects and initiatives. Manage and update content on the procurement internal portal. Partner with the procurement teams to translate complex processes into easy-to-understand content. Ensure documentation is readable, available, and easily accessible to internal users. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure the latest content materials of new tools. Develop and maintain accurate and informative category cards within the procurement system. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree preferred. 3 years of business experience in Procurement or other related experience. Ability to reinforce a culture oriented on customer experience and focused on continuous improvement. Content management experience. Project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Self-starter with strong business insight, innovative thinking, planning, and analytical skills. Strong ability to articulate recommendations and influence change. Expertise using analytics to diagnose situations and build business cases for global solutions. Experience working with multi-functional project teams. Ability to work in a global environment across cultures/countries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio strongly preferred. A consistent track record of connecting with internal and external partners. Ability to focus on local detail with adherence to global standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation skills and can communicate to diverse audiences. Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business related course. Experience in Procurement in the consumer goods industry.
