Job Purpose:   We have an exciting opportunity to join our global Ethics and Compliance team and help support ethical leadership across our global business. The role exists within our Policy, Training and Communication team and requires a strong ability to write and communicate in English, with additional languages beneficial. It requires strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications to support effective reporting and communication. The role will also support the broader Ethics and Compliance program, including the opportunity to work with financial analytics, risk management and data analysis. You can also take the lead on global Ethics and Compliance projects and change management initiatives. It is a perfect opportunity for someone with an interest in growing their experience in Ethics and Compliance, with broad exposure to every element of an effective E&C program. You will also be able to develop emerging technical skills, including the chance to use AI models and practice prompt engineering in a dynamic business environment.Highlighted Skills:We have a small team with a broad range of talents, and the right individual can contribute to our success in a number of important ways. If you have experience that would allow you to make immediate contributions in one or more of these areas, please be sure to note those strengths in your application:Instructional Design and Training DevelopmentCreating Presentation Content for Executive AudiencesData AnalyticsFinancial Analysis/KnowledgeAI Applications and IT DevelopmentProject ManagementChange ManagementResponsibilities:Identification of data to prepare analyses, reports and updatesCreate, implement and administer reporting related to the Ethics and Compliance programSupport the Ethics and Compliance Department by performing administrative duties, including distribution of compliance information, maintaining compliance documentation and managing compliance-related databasesAssist in the distribution of Ethics and Compliance Department policies and proceduresDevelop and track Ethics and Compliance program monitoring activitiesCoordinate compliance efforts with Ethics and Compliance Department team members and operational areasProvide information for audits and compliance related certificationsCollaborate with other corporate functions to improve workflow of internal investigation processes, from case assignment through reportingSupport the management of the "TD SYNNEX Ethics Line" case management systemSupport the development, implementation and maintenance of systems and Company compliance programs to address and mitigate defined compliance risksSupport implementation and delivery of effective compliance trainingSupport the continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of TD SYNNEX's Ethics and Compliance program by participating in or arranging for periodic compliance audits and collecting employee feedback on the compliance program through surveys or other meansPrepares materials and data needed for conferences, appointments and meetingsSchedules meetings, arranges meeting locations and takes meeting minutes as requestedKnowledge, Skills and ExperienceUnquestionable ethics and integrityStrong listening and communication skillsFocused on execution and detailAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (esp.
