Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Global Digital Manager SEO/SEA where you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our online presence, working with teams worldwide to create a seamless customer experience across channels. Key Responsibilities: Own Global Search Strategy and create policies to support execution. Develop annual plan to execute strategy and achieve goals. Manage SEO platforms and ensure platforms are set up against our strategy. User training for Search tools as well as best practices. Perform keyword research, track keywords, improve overall rankings and domain authority. Develop tactics and recommendations to achieve defined goals and to improve performance. Ensure that organic traffic, website health and conversion rates perform well and take action to continuously improve. Support copywriters, website editors and campaign teams with SEO services and best practices. Run office hours to support stakeholders, tool users and marketing managers across regions for search optimization and paid search activities. Collaborate closely with other teams to create a seamless cross-channel experience and customer journey between search and other channels. Run paid search strategy and support marketing teams with paid search planning and execution as well as best practices. Execute or support execution of paid campaigns, reporting and optimization. Oversee paid media budget spend and run office hours with all teams that run paid ads. Run a stable process to plan ads and support teams in tracking and performance optimization. Monitor competition closely and develop the right actions and reports. Integrate A/B testing into marketing initiatives and oversee the implementation of winning tests on a regular basis. Collaborate and maintain NielsenIQ's relationship with third-party consultants and vendors to ensure digital strategy execution. Qualifications: Advanced English Level (B2-C1) since it is a global team (mandatory). Minimum 5 years in SEO and SEA strategy development and execution (mandatory). Skilled in managing and configuring SEO platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Parsley Analytics) aligned with strategic goals. Expertise in keyword research, tracking, and domain authority optimization to improve search rankings. Proven ability to enhance organic traffic, site health, and conversion rates through continuous improvement efforts. Demonstrated expertise in paid search campaigns, budget oversight, and continuous campaign optimization. Proficient in competitor monitoring and A/B testing to drive campaign performance and marketing effectiveness. Must be located in Bogotá, Colombia. Our Benefits: Flexible working environment.
