Within Sanofi, the Procurement function maximizes savings to fund the company's future growth.
The Global Buyer Real Estate, leases, and Fit outs will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies and operational execution at a worldwide level with focus for Americas.
This includes partnering with internal business teams, assisting with project scopes, consolidating business needs, conducting Global Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key suppliers.
Responsibilities: Operations Management: Support the Global Lead Buyer to ensure the strategy's execution.Implement global Category Management initiative for one of the 4 sub-categories.Lead RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations.Assess current category related processes and propose alternatives for efficiency.Build and deliver project and savings pipeline during budget cycle.Coordinate procurement activities for Fit-out projects and interact with Project and Cost Managers.Report on status, savings, performance, and risks on sourcing activities.Stakeholder Management: Develop robust Business Partnerships with assigned Stakeholders.Present Procurement strategies to key internal customers.Partner closely with procurement services, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams.About you: Experience: 5-7+ years' experience in procurement Real Estate category Management or related fields.Soft Skills/Technical skills: Strong ability to develop relationships within and across different lines of business.Knowledge of best-in-class Procurement techniques and processes.Ability to work in a complex multi-functional matrix organization.Strong planning, problem-solving, and responsive decision-making skills.Education: Master's degree, Architect, or civil/construction Engineer.Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of a second European language is a plus.Why choose us?
