Job Description: The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for developing, managing, implementing and administering employee relations, human resource policies, programs and practices in accordance with the ethical practices of the Company and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental, regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.
Essential Functions: New Hire Process: Prepare new hire packets
Administer new hire orientations
Temporary Assignments: Administer the temporary assignments process
Verification of Employment: Conduct verbal verification of employment on potential new hires
Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment by identifying potential issues and resolving
Administer the Company service award program
Plan employee relations activities
Reporting: Prepare the annual EEO-1 Report
Update and maintain the organizational charts for the corporate office
Review the weekly PA100 for accuracy
Prepare and distribute requested HR reports
Relocation Program: Administer and assist employees with the Company's relocation program
Annually report all relocation expenses to the Payroll department
Corporate Apartment Program: Administer the corporate apartment program
Policy Development: Assist with the development and review of Human Resources policies
Develop, publish and administer Human Resources procedures
HR Efforts: Lead all HR efforts to ensure that employment related information, processes and procedures meet internal and external audit requirements
Personnel Records: Maintain personnel records in HRIS and hard copy while assuring HIPPA protocol
Credibility: Establish credibility throughout the organization with management and the employees
Human Resources Policies: Support all Human Resources policies and objectives for the Company
Compliance: Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Professional Development: Update job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities
Read professional publications
Maintain personal networks
Participate in professional organizations
Company Policies: Abide by Company policies and procedures
Safety: Ensure that personal behaviors and work practices are in line with Company safety standards
Responsible for safety of self and others in the vicinity
Incident Reporting: Report and investigate incidents in accordance with Company procedure
Leadership Engagement: Provide visible leadership engagement
Be aware of housekeeping and take additional safety precautions
Additional Functions: Strategic HR Leadership: Provide strategic HR leadership for the Colombia leadership team
Agenda Alignment: Work strategically with the business plans to drive results
Talent Acquisition: Associate with local and regional management to develop and execute recruitment and staffing initiatives to create a talent pipeline to meet projected growth
Operational Excellence: Foster operational excellence in HR by facilitating the achievement of performance objectives through positive relationships with employees
Business Advisory: Advise senior leadership on labor relations support to resolve employee relations issues appropriately

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
