**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Leads the strategic development of the Vaccines Portfolio, creating the roadmap with brands into the market and manage the life cycle.
Develop marketing and promotional activities within the customer segment, with the main objective of ensuring that the best strategies are executed and implemented to benefit the consumers and drive growth.
The Product Manager ensures that the product(s) and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals to meet the desired revenues.
This position reports to the Vacinnes BU Head and is based on Colombia.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**:
- Responsible for leading the life cycle of the brands of the Vaccine portfolio from its pre-launch to its consolidation in the private and public market.
- Responsible for ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the portfolio in charge through the successful implementation of the Vacccines pipeline.
- Responsible for developing the consumer strategy that includes the impact through traditional media and social media.
- Accomplishment of sales forecast and strategies of Vacccines portfolio.
- Definition of long-term business opportunities and strategies for assigned portfolio in order to strengthen the competitive position of Takeda Vaccines.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns for Vaccines portfolio.
- Accompany the field team in the implementation of the vaccine brand strategy.
- Market situation analysis and pricing strategy execution for new brands introduction, and vs competitors and change in the health system.
- Generate, consolidate and maintain cooperative and alliance relationships with HCPs, Scientific Societies, Clients and other key stakeholders for the development of the Vaccine business.
- Responsible for promotional budget and execution.
- Communication with the global and regional team in order to align the recommendations to the local market
- Participate proactively in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
**Education and experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Medical or related
- Master's degree desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing related positions in the pharmaceutical sector dealing with high-cost therapies
- Desirable previous experience with vaccines portfolios
- Understanding of Colombian health care system.
- Budgeting and Finance knowledge.
- Fluent English (writing and speaking).
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
- Knows technical and clinical aspects of disease state and competitors' products
- High-cost treatments and institutional channel in the therapeutic area
- Marketing and digital strategies
- Experience in delivering effective presentation to internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic and creative leader with strong analytical skills and capacity to identify opportunities and solutions for business, excellent teamwork and relationship with international leaders.

**Propósito del rol**
Liderar el desarrollo estratégico del Portafolio de Vacunas, creando un mapeo con las marcas en el mercado y gestionando el ciclo de vida.
Desarrollar actividades de marketing y promoción dentro del segmento de clientes, con el objetivo principal de garantizar la correcta implementación de la estrategia en todos los clientes objetivos, beneficiar a los consumidores e impulsar el crecimiento.
