Tu rol como gerente de producto es planificar, implementar y coordinar los planes y estrategias de cada uno de los productos a cargo, asignando y administrando los recursos de presupuesto, basado en el mix de marketing para lograr maximizar su crecimiento. Responsabilidades: Elaborar planes estratégicos y presupuestos para maximizar el potencial de los productos y asegurar su éxito en el mercado. Implementar y controlar las estrategias de marketing, evaluando resultados para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos. Administrar y asignar adecuadamente los recursos de inversión promocional para lograr el mayor impacto en el desarrollo de productos. Liderar el Brand team, coordinando la integración de diversas áreas de la empresa, asegurando un manejo eficiente de tiempo, recursos y responsabilidades. Desarrollar e implementar planes omnicanales efectivos para interactuar con médicos y clientes, maximizando el impacto de la marca. Gestionar el lanzamiento de nuevas presentaciones e indicaciones, impulsando el acceso y la promoción de productos en mercados públicos y privados. ¿Por qué tú? Cualificaciones: Profesional universitario en área de administración de empresas, ingenierías, medicina, química farmacéutica, biomedicina, o relacionados. 3 años de experiencia en marketing con productos de alto costo (Respiratorio, oncología, inmunología, productos de nicho).
