About the Job Four Seasons is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Safety and Health Manager.
This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene, security, and biosecurity protocols in our hotel.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Communicate with Senior Leadership and General Manager regarding hygiene, security, and related consequences.
2.
Conduct weekly hygiene walks with General Management and other hotel leaders in front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
3.
Participate in scheduled meetings to reinforce needs and priorities related to hygiene, food safety, and environmental requirements.
4.
Ensure that employees, guests, clients, and visitors comply with Biosecurity protocols in the hotel, accompanied by HR and Occupational Health managers.
5.
Provide assistance in food safety, hygiene, and social security to individuals and groups (healthy and sick) related to food and viral diseases.
6.
Investigate and respond to reported food incidents by guests, clients, or colleagues.
7.
Maintain good relationships with clients, guests, colleagues, and health authorities.
8.
Lead and maintain current licenses and certification processes related to food safety, management systems, hygiene, sustainability according to current legal regulations and/or designated by Four Seasons.
9.
Maintain favorable concept ratings in established food handling areas.
