General Manager For A Skincare Company

Main Responsibilities

With strong sales and management skills

- Leadership & Management: Oversee all business operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales of skincare products, consumables, and services.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with Resellers and stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth functioning of the business, from sales and resellers activation.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Manage the company's P to ensure financial health and sustainability.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses.

Qualification:


At least 5 years experience as an Operation Manager or General Manager

Preferably with MBA

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management abilities with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Pedro, Laguna.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
