We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to spearhead the management of Anton Paar's Sales and Service Subsidiary in Colombia as the General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust sales strategies, driving business development, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Leading the Sales and Service Subsidiary in Colombia, overseeing a team of over 20 employees. Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies aligned with company objectives. Maintaining continuous communication and collaboration with the Regional director for The Americas and the headquarters. Implementing and monitoring relevant processes to ensure operational excellence. Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities. Continuous improvement of sales and service activities. Planning and controlling annual sales and cost budgets. Providing strong leadership and fostering the professional development of the team. Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or Sales Director, preferably in the instrumentation/process industry. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. An additional degree in Economics is advantageous. Extensive experience in B2B sales management. Fluent in English, both written and oral. In-depth understanding of sales and service management processes. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Profound knowledge of the Colombian market.
