Expected task roadmap to complete within first 3 months of work: Define the product scope and go-to-market strategy for publishing new games; Observe the slot games market and analyze trends to define the core of the future game's ideas and mechanics; Create the game documents – GDD, concepts, pitches; Game vision preparation and step-by-step production management according to the product roadmap; Align communication within the production team ensures assurance of the same concept understanding by each team member; Shaping up the game development stages from prototype to launch in production and its control; Stakeholder management – discuss, convince, and defend ideas of games portfolio with stakeholders using data-based argumentation; Preparation of the game's soft launch and readymade concepts of future games according to the previously generated and approved pipeline. Must-have experience: Middle+/Senior level – with at least 3 years of experience in roles such as Game Designer/Product Owner/Game Producer; Specialized experience in creating Real Money Slots games – a portfolio of released games is mandatory; Deep understanding of the niche – knowledge of Slot game mechanics, popular games, themes, and trends; Proficiency in creating GDDs, prototypes, concepts, and game prototypes; Full-cycle Product Management – guiding the team from idea to final release and post-release stages; Stakeholder management – support in transparency and a clear view of all aspects of game development between the stakeholders; Confident knowledge in game product analytics – product metrics, User Behavior, etc.; Ability to work with Jira, Slack, Confluence, Miro, GMeet, SVN. Nice to have: Experience working with other gambling games – roulette, baccarat, blackjack; Experience working with one of the analytical systems – Tableau, PowerBI, etc. Office: Remote work format for EU based candidates, with a possible hybrid option including weekly meetings with the team in co-working spaces within Kyiv or Lviv for UA based candidates. Probation period: 3 months. Working hours: GMT+2/UTC+2 time zone, an eight-hour workday, flexible – typically from 10AM to 7PM, with one stand-up around 10:00 am and sync-ups throughout the day according to the calendar and needs.
