Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Contact Center Technology team ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Accountabilities Works closely with internal business customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the development, analysis, and design of quality technical solutions. Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities may also include participation in performance monitoring and on-going support. Provides guidance and training to peer's programmers. Provides front-line application support and coordination when application problems occur. Participates in the evaluation of production logs and System Service Requests and identifies actions to be taken to accomplish successful resolution to problem logs and deployment of new enhancements. Assists in Integrated System Test (IST) by supporting the test plan, test case validation and execution. Provides the production support to the contact center users of the application. Liaisons with application users, operations staff, technical support groups and other development teams in all phases of development project activities and production support activities. Design and build data visualizations, dashboards and reports using software tools including but not limited to Power BI & SQL. Design and develop reports as required by business clients. Create and maintain interactive data visualization through data interpretation and analyses, integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources. Create new methods to visualize core business metrics through reports, interactive dashboards, and analysis in Power BI. Work as part of a team to design, develop and deploy systems with configuration for different client data and business rules. Build back-end solutions of views/models to be consumed by other BI Developers or business users, as well as customer facing front end reporting models/visualizations. Devise and deliver testing plans and testing data to validate BI solutions. Coordinate user testing for acceptance of BI solutions. Deploy and Validate BI solutions ensuring changes following appropriate Change and Release Management processes. Support and enhance existing reports and dashboards based on evolving business needs. Assist in facilitating hands-on sessions in prioritizing user-stories, designing analytical approaches, running experiments, and assessing data product performance. Assist the senior developer in all analytical and reporting challenges and requirements. Cloud Technologies: Azure, GCP, AWS, experience with Data Base. Collect, interpret, and analyze large data sets using software packages including but not limited to SQL Server, Power BI to identify patterns and trends that can be used to increase efficiency of business units. Cooperate to build complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements and design custom ETL and ELT processes in support of these processes. Education / Experience / Other Information 2+ years of Python, Java, or C++ experience. Experience working with React. 2+ years' experience in the design and implementation of BI solutions. SSRS, SSIS experience (familiar with/Knowledge). 2+ years of experience working with Power BI (SQL MI) /Power Apps/ Power Automate experience. 2+ years SQL Server DB & Query development. 1+ year working with cloud-based platform (Azure, PCF or GCP). Nice To Have Skills: Hands-on experience in Cloud Microservice and MicroApp development. 1+ year of AGILE methodology. #LI-Hybrid Location(s): Colombia : Bogota : Bogota
