What you will do Design and implement sophisticated features and functionalities end-to-end using Java, PHP, GraphQL, CSS, JavaScript, and React, ensuring high performance and scalability; Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, driving product evolution and excellence; Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews, provide actionable feedback, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement; Investigate and resolve technical challenges, including bugs and performance bottlenecks, while leading efforts to enhance the system's reliability and efficiency; Enhance and maintain the Employer Resources Library's WordPress CMS, optimizing its performance and ensuring a seamless user experience. Must haves Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; 6+ years of professional experience in software development with a proven track record in both backend and frontend technologies; Expertise in Java and PHP programming and related frameworks; Experience in frontend development, using React; MAC OS experience required (to be discussed during the client interview); Upper-intermediate English level.
