Descripción del empleo Objetivo Entender en profundidad la estrategia del cliente, detectar necesidades y ayudar a resolverlas con insights profundos a partir de la data, así como recomendar soluciones del portafolio NielsenIQ que lo ayuden a cumplir sus objetivos y desarrollar el negocio. Ser parte del equipo de atención del cliente más importante de Centro América como Ejecutivo de Cuenta analítico, propiciando siempre el bienestar del cliente en su entorno competitivo. Responsabilidades Entregar insights al cliente sobre la información obtenida NielsenIQ que permitan ayudarlo a desarrollar su negocio. Cumplimiento del plan de servicio por cuenta. Asegurar entrega en funcionalidad, calidad y en valor agregado de todos los servicios NielsenIQ comprados por el cliente. Mantener relaciones sostenibles con el cliente al largo plazo. Generar análisis de alto valor, brindando extracciones o entregables puntuales al cliente. Actualizar decks gráficos Realizar reportes periódicos Manejar solicitudes puntuales Desarrollar estudios de coberturas y oportunidades para el negocio Conocer en profundidad la estrategia y estructura del cliente. Generar un buen relacionamiento con el cliente Requisitos Carrera Universitaria culminada en Administración de empresas, Ingeniería industrial, Mercadeo o afines 2-3 años de experiencia en consumo masivo y en áreas o roles comerciales Inglés avanzado (Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita) Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint Fuerte habilidad numérica y capacidad para traducir números en ideas y recomendaciones claras.
