Come on and join us to make work better! What is a "Frontend Developer II/III" We have a transparent career progression framework at Charlie. IC1 is a junior developer, IC4 is a senior developer, and IC levels 2 and 3 cover that middle area. For this role we're interested in your specific Rails Frontend skills more than your seniority, so we've opted to offer interviews to people who fall within level 2 and level 3. In this role you will: As a Frontend Developer you'll be responsible for: Build and improve Charlie, a modern Rails app that's a joy to work on Use our design system to ship functional and beautiful features Be part of a cross-functional team with other developers, designers and product managers Work with developers of all experience levels, with opportunities to learn and share learnings Requirements You must have: Professional experience with Ruby on Rails Experience building web apps "HTML over the wire" Enthusiasm for collaborating with and helping others Self-awareness and humility – you know that honest feedback is how you grow, and you're not afraid to ask for help.
