This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: 20 hours per week; Monday-Friday; 8:00AM - 12:00PM Indiana Time Responsibilities: UI/UX Design : Build visually appealing and user-friendly app interfaces.
Responsive Design : Make the app work well on all devices and screen sizes.
Code Writing : Write clean and efficient code to turn designs into functional features.
Testing and Fixing : Identify and fix UI issues to ensure smooth and bug-free operation.
Performance Boosting : Improve app speed and scalability while keeping the design intact.
Consistency : Follow design systems or help create a consistent style for the app.
Requirements Experience: Proven experience in UI/UX development with a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles and responsive design.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with UI design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Responsive Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques and the ability to create apps optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
Coding Best Practices: Knowledge of clean, maintainable, and efficient code writing, with experience in version control tools such as Git.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and debug UI/UX issues, with attention to detail and a focus on providing optimal solutions.
Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing app performance for speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and the ability to adhere to or help create consistent design guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Education: A degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
